black and white cat run over

I just seen what remains of a poor black and white cat laying on kings street , between latymer and small Tesco. Someone obviously run it over and just left it there. I was on the bus at the time so couldn't move it. Horrid sight. Maybe someone could be kind enough to go there and try to see wether it at least had a collor and move it to a more dignified place?

Ulrike, been away so only just seen this. How awful to have to see that. I have recently been making enquiries with local councillors to see what happens in situations like this and whether or not dead pets are actually scanned to see if they are microchipped, apparently not. There is a number to call if found but does not help owners looking for missing cats.
