Tow Path Flooding in Hammersmith

Are there any areas by the river in Hammersmith which are prone to flooding when there is an exceptionally high tide?

To be more accurate (as I checked it out on the super tide day), it's Chiswick Mall (not Upper Mall) that floods.  I hadn't realised the name changed as you walked along.The flooding is from Church Street (by Fuller's Brewery) to around Miller's Court.  Got some good pictures of it on Saturday.

Upper Mall floods at high tides. Not Hammersmith, but the tow path on the Barnes side from Putney to the start of the breakwall in Barnes floods as well.
