Thames Path Restrictions on Cyclists and Joggers Extended

The freedom to walk along the Thames path without being hassled by joggers and bicyclists is bliss!  Thank you, Hammersmith Council. This is a real improvement.

I agree it has been so nice to not be buzzed by cyclists these narrow walks.  The marshalls make all the difference.Agree about speed. That would be like motor giving way to sail on the river.

I agree if people behave properly. In Chiswick that is the message which Hounslow Council has adopted. But I have seen many infringments because Hounslow has not hired marshalls to enforce the rules.

The government could have avoided a lot of conflict on this issue by simply saying while social distancing was in force the person travelling more slowly had right of way.
