Mains water pressure

Is anybody else suffering from low mains water pressure?  Have recently had work done on the water tanks in my block of flats which meant the water was turned off on Friday.  Over the weekend it was fine but since Monday evening the drinking water, and consequently the shower as that runs from the mains, is so slow coming out the tap.  Spoke to the guys working on the tanks and they have said nothing to do with them and it could be Thames Water that have lowered the pressure.

If you think that the water pressure is unreasonably low, there's an easy test that you can do, but it has to be done on a ground-floor tap fed directly from the main.Turn the tap full on and see how long it takes to fill a 1-litre jug.  If it takes more than 7 seconds, the pressure is probably less than the legal minimum of 1 bar, in which case phone Thames Water (0845 9200 800) and report it.
