A 5-storey building 17m from residents' windows

I'm looking to move to Sinclair Road and came across this article http://www.hammersmithtoday.co.uk/default.asp?section=info&page=olympiabattle.htm does anyone know if this proposed block of flats is going ahead?

Suppose you could put some notes through doors asking if the residents in the street know anything. There may be something on the councils planning website. http://www.lbhf.gov.uk/Directory/Environment_and_Planning/
