Do you have difficulty breathing?

If you have Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), asthma, lung fibrosis or bronchiectasis then NHS Hammersmith and Fulham would like to hear from you.  We are keen to find local people from all parts of the community with a long term breathing condition willing to share their experiences to improve local health services.Volunteers will form a user group and will be asked to give feedback about current services and plans for the future.  Carers for people with breathing conditions are also welcome to join the group.The first meeting will take place in June and anyone interested in joining the group should get in touch by Monday 17 May.  If you are interested in joining the long term breathing conditions group please call Frances Neate on  020 3313 7231 or email frances.neate@hf-pct.nhs.uk

Hi George, If you are still having problems I would advise you return to your GP.  If it is an emergency, call an ambulance or visit A&E.  Alternativley, if you would like to discuss the situation with us, freephone NHS Hammersmith and Fulham's Patinet Advice Service on 0800 389 9092.KRLouise

I am frequently short of breath.  Various clinicians have tested me, but, so far, no diagnosis was reached, no help was received or treatment applied.Any advice or assistance would be received with utmost gratitude.
