tesco in Askew Road
There are rumours of a Tesco store opening in Askew Road. this would be opposite the new cut price Nisa store, almost opposite the excellent Co-Op, and of course a new Sainsburys has just opened down the Askew Road. What is happening here? Is there no planning strategy for our area? I have not seen planning permission applied for. Hard working small local stores will be hit. What are our councillors, and even our MP doing about this. There seems to be no local voice.
