These mugs did work for me. They ticked all the boxes for being professional cowboys. We also had a terrible experience with this company in 2010/11. I wondered if they had proved bankruptcy before we pursue them for our costs?Charlotte Walsh

I have had an awful experience with this company in that they walked off a job refurbishing my home about half way through having taken most of the money, claiming being bankrupt. I am about to a)sue them through the county court and b) report the matter to the office of fair trading. Do you wish to join me ie to give evidence to either a or b or both?. Simon Ardeman

Yes, but just to clarify - Chris and I did genuinely undergo a project with Rohan Creating Space - it was just them in the form of Kelly masquerading as a potential customer that was the fake bit! Anyway - we did feed back to Kelly - the principal's wife, just exactly what we thought of them and the whole sorry experience....
