500 SERVER ERROR

Has anyone else had this infuriating message coming up each time they tried to post a message on the forum???I am trying to reply to a post I made but seem unable to get past this message!Any ideas???

Never come across this on this site.It's a generalised catch all message which doesn't narrow down the cause much but I've found in the past that in 90% of cases it is sorted by doing a Windows Update (assuming that's what you are using) and updating the browser. Then clear your temporary internet files.
