Evictions from Pallingswick House

The Council should reveal details of the financial arrangements for the West London Free School. If this school is good and if it is a desirable addition to the borough it should not be frightened of telling council tax payers how much money and benefits it has received to move into Pallingswick House.

I'm interested in putting in an FoI request on this.  Does anyone have any specific information about the kinds of assistance the school may have received from the council? My understanding was that the school purchased the building from the council - so in that case the funding would come from the Department of Education or other sources.  Any info people on here may have would be useful.

Yes, probably. Paul, would you like to make this request? A lot of people would like to know the figures and Mr Greenhalgh has trumpeted the "transparency" of his administration's expenditure.....

" how much money and benefits it has received to move into Pallingswick House."Or how much help it had from the council in providing facilities for, amongst other things, finding a Head, the applications address for which was the Town Hall.  Odd way to run a flagship school programme based on taking the local authority out of the provision of education, but LBHF always was a bit special when it came to consistency of ideas.
